The purpose of this position is to provide scientific, methodological and analytic expertise and project management on all evidence based health and educational activities of the center.  Outcomes studied will provide risk management and health management solutions to support the strategic goals of health center.

Program Evaluator (Job Code 1106-3)
      Creates and reviews process to evaluate the effectiveness of programs by developing feedback methods (such as surveys), conducting user interviews (individually and in focus groups) and recording results for evaluation (written and computerized).
      Conducts follow-up interviews with clients and recording information.
      Creates customer service plan, based on data collection, to increase programming quality and client satisfaction.

      Responsible for delivering regular reports to team members and management staff.

Position Available: Health Promotion/Social Marketing Specialist

Health Promotion/Social Marketing Specialist(Job Code 1106-2)
      Prepare and distribute health education materials, including reports, bulletins, and visual aids such as films, videotapes, photographs, and posters.
      Provide guidance to health education team in the assessment of department needs, and in the development and delivery of health education programs.
      Provide program information to the community by preparing and presenting press releases, conducting media campaigns, and/or maintaining program-related web sites.
      Serve as online community manager on social media outlets that include, but are not limited to: Wordpress Blog, Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube.
      Develop and maintain cooperative working relationships with local partner agencies and organizations interested in maternal child health care.

      Develop and maintain health education libraries to provide resources for staff, clients, and community agencies.
